ANTHEM UNITED VOLLEYBALL CLUB

The following should be completed online prior to Check-in:

1. Registration through Anthem United website

2. Pay Tryout Fee of $50 online at time of Registration

3. (includes T-shirt if registered by 6/24, others will receive shirts as supplies lasts at Check-in) 

4. USAV Medical Release Form​​​​

5. Tryout Membership with USAVolleyball

You will need to bring a physical copy of your Medical Release Form and the USAV Tryout Membership (either printed or

digitally on phone) at check-in. ​

Please carefully refer to the AGE DEFINITIONS CHART to ensure your daughter is trying out in the correct age group.

If your daughter’s assigned age group is one lower than the majority of her grade level, she may choose to tryout in her

grade level. We will keep her in mind for both age groups but try to place her with her recruiting class if it is a good fit.

After the tryout window has closed, the tryout cost will be $60 as it is considered a "walk-up." If you are interested in

walking up, please email anthemunitedvbc@gmail.com so we can expect you and get the paperwork started ahead of time. 

No Tryout Fee Refunds will be given within 72 hours.
